Satellite imagery has confirmed damage to repair workshops at the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast, after strikes on 22 October. The GEOINT project CyberBoroshno identified hits on workshops Nos. 24 and 25, along with an adjacent storage facility.
CyberBoroshno stated, "According to open-source data, these are key production buildings of the company. They contain lines for the dismantling, diagnostics, repair and overhaul of air defence system components, including the S-300V, Buk and Tunguska-M, as well as radar reconnaissance systems." Following component repairs, these facilities assemble units, integrate radio-electronic equipment, and configure ground radio interrogators and radar stations.
The 75th Arsenal operates under the Russian state corporation Rostec and repairs Buk-M1/M2 and S-300V systems. Experts say strikes on workshops returning equipment to service may slow the repair of Russian air defence systems and their delivery to troops.
A separate comparison of satellite imagery posted by the Exilenova+ Telegram channel shows damage to the buildings. On 22 October, OSINT analysts from Falcon Insight Map identified the probable targets of the strike; at the time, only workshops Nos. 24 and 25 were assumed to be hit.
