The City of Baldwin Park is moving into the design phase for Morgan Park. Residents will gather Thursday, Nov. 5, to review proposed layouts and offer specific input on the project.
The third community input meeting, titled Park Layout and Design, runs from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Julia McNeill Senior Center. City officials announced the session on Tuesday, noting it builds on priorities established in earlier discussions.
Participants will use interactive maps to visualize the placement of recreational features, amenities, and activities. The city stated that these tools allow residents to see how different elements fit into the overall park structure.
City leaders encouraged attendees to identify their top priorities and share ideas for the final design. The goal is to create a facility that reflects the specific needs and vision of the Baldwin Park community.
Refreshments and snacks will be available for those in attendance. The session serves as a key step in the city's ongoing effort to gather public feedback as plans for Morgan Park advance.
