Marcus Theatres is marking the Milwaukee Brewers' World Series berth with watch parties, $5 domestic drafts and screenings of two documentaries about the city's baseball past. The company said participating locations will offer $5 domestic drafts, $9 Game Time Lemonades, $10 medium pizzas and half-off appetizers on game days.

Two Milwaukee baseball titles are returning to the screen: "UECK" and "Just a Bit Outside: The Story of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers." Screenings are planned for Marcus Bay Park Cinema in Ashwaubenon, Marcus Green Bay East Cinema in Green Bay, Marcus Hillside Cinema in Delafield, Marcus Hollywood Cinema and Marcus Valley Grand Cinema in Appleton, Marcus Majestic Cinema of Brookfield in Waukesha, Marcus Menomonee Falls Cinema in Menomonee Falls, Marcus Renaissance Cinema in Sturtevant, Marcus Ridge Cinema in New Berlin, Marcus Sheboygan Cinema in Sheboygan and Marcus South Shore Cinema in Oak Creek.

Fans who want company while watching the games can use the bars and lounges at Movie Tavern Brookfield, Marcus Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, Marcus Renaissance, Marcus Menomonee Falls, Marcus North Shore Cinema and Marcus BistroPlex, all of which have televisions and digital television projectors. The Wall at Gurnee Cinema is set up as a sports bar.

Jeff Tomachek, president of Marcus Theatres, said the company has waited for this. "We've been waiting 44 years for a moment like this, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate alongside our Milwaukee community," he said. He said the company wants its theaters to be a place where fans can gather to watch games or revisit Milwaukee baseball history.

Members of the Magical Movie Rewards program who see any movie through Oct. 31 earn a voucher for one free Junior popcorn, redeemable Nov. 4 through Nov. 24. Free enrollment in the program is open before a visit.

Tickets, locations, screening dates and showtimes for Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern sites are listed on the Marcus Theatres website and mobile app, according to a press release from the company.
